Product Introduction
Buyers know the IBC frame tube as the workhorse member of the cage. A container that needs a straight, stiff run of steel, whether across the top, down the corners or around the base, gets this section welded in. We form it from galvanized hollow section. The profile is shaped to the cage jig, and pins, bolts or welds lock the whole frame square. Most customers arrive with a drawing or a sample frame, and we match the profile, the hole pitch and the galvanizing weight so their existing pallets and liners still fit. Correct assembly on the bench helps the cage line up first time. A smooth production week and a fortnight of rework often hang on that detail.

Working Principle
Frame Stiffness: A cage only stops the liner from bulging if every tube run is in tension or compression, not bending. Frame tube that is straight and properly welded shares the load evenly, and the IBC frame tube keeps the cage square as the container fills.
Joint Transfer: Where two members meet, the tube wall has to pass load through the joint. We keep weld zones clean of zinc and hold the wall thickness to spec, because a thin joint is where a frame fails first.
Coating Continuity: The section is galvanized before fabrication in most builds. The surfaces that face outward stay coated, and cut ends and weld areas get a cold-zinc touch-up on site. The IBC frame tube holds up in coastal or humid yards.
