2024 Expansion: New Automated Plant for IBC Component Manufacturing

Our manufacturing capabilities took a major leap forward in 2024 with the opening of a new, wholly-owned 18,000-square-meter plant. This facility is specifically designed for the high-volume production of IBC parts.

Organized for Efficiency: The plant is divided into three dedicated sections:

IBC Steel Pallets: 6 automated assembly lines

IBC Steel Frames: 10 automated assembly lines

IBC Tank Valves & Screw Caps: 10 automated assembly lines

Driven by Automation: All 26 lines utilize robotic arms to maximize productivity and guarantee consistent, high-quality output.

Scalable Capacity: This strategic investment provides a total monthly capacity of parts for 600,000 Intermediate Bulk Containers, significantly enhancing our ability to meet global demand.
