The manufacturing journey of these critical components begins with a galvanized steel coil, coated with a robust 80-gram zinc layer per square meter to ensure long-term corrosion resistance. From this raw material, an automated, high-precision inline fabrication process takes over. Initially, the coil is fed into a die-cutting station that shears it into distinct, pre-calculated proportions. These flat metal sheets are then channeled into a tube-shaping machine, where they are progressively rolled into a perfect square form, achieving a consistent 16mm diameter. As the material curls into shape, a longitudinal welding system simultaneously seals the seam, creating a continuous, strong tube.
The final, and most distinctive, phase in creating these IBC steel pipes is the heavy-duty stamping operation. This step imparts the tubes with their functional identity, enabling seamless integration with the broader steel frame. Each of the sixteen vertical tubes, specifically, undergoes a specialized stamping process on both ends. Here, the cylindrical ends are compressed flat, and during this deformation, two raised ribs forms. These ribs act as precision welding points, ensuring a robust and reliable joint where the vertical tubes intersect with the six horizontal pipes that form the cage. Standardized at a length of 1035mm and a diameter of 16mm, these tubes are engineered for compatibility with the standardized square-profile IBC models, ensuring that their robust, test-ready design can be widely implemented across various container configurations.
