The making of the plastic pallet utilizes a injection molding process. Begins with customized plastic pellets contributing to durability and impact resistance. These pellets are liquefied then injected into a rigid metal mold, creating a part consistently every time. The final construction of a composite IBC is a systematic process of integrating these materials. First by driving M8 screws installing the steel bridge on the plastic pallet. Second is to drive sharp M7 screws locking the pallet and the steel cage to complete the robust IBC composite frame.

The Steel-plastic IBC tank is sized 1200mm by 1000mm wide and 1160mm height. Steel frame work is galvanized at 80 grams per square meter. The weight of the tank is 55kg with a 150mm screw cap opening and a 50mm discharge valve. A 40 foot high cube container can load 40 tanks and a 20 foot container can load 20 tanks. The static stack is 4 tiers of tank. One 1000L IBC holds the same volume as five 200L drums. Hence the Intermediate Bulk Container has become the go-to option for liquid transport and warehousing.
