Vertical Frame Tube

First the making begins with a galvanized coil at 80 grams of zinc layer per square meter. Then this raw material is put through an automated inline process. It starts with die-cutting the coil into distinct proportions. Then these metal sheets are fed into the tube-shaping machine, which rolls them into a perfect cylindrical with a consistent 18mm diameter. The seam is sealed simultaneously with longitudinal tube welding as it is formed. Last the final and most distinctive step is placing these tubes on a heavy-duty stamping machine, giving these tubes their functional identity.

To seamlessly integrate with the horizontal frame components, each of the sixteen vertical frame tubes undergoes a specialized stamping process. Both ends of every tube are stamped flat with two raised ribs as welding points. The ribs ensures a strong weld joint where the vertical frame tubes meet the crescent-shaped pipe at the bottom and the P-shaped pipe at the top of the frame. Furthermore, each tube is cosmetically flattened at four areas along its 1017mm length to weld with the middle four crescent-shaped horizontal pipes.

Standardized at 1017mm long with an 18mm diameter, these tubes are designed for most IBC models. To fully enclose the final steel cage, two horizontal tie-bars are added to brace the structure. To facilitate the tie-bars, four of the vertical IBC stamped tubes are punctured with holes during manufacturing. These holes are designed for a secure M8 nut-and-bolt attachment, providing a solid anchorage point for the tie-bars.
