Technical Specifications and Precision Engineering
Aligning with standardized Intermeidate Bulk Containers globally, the dimensions of the IBC metal pan are sized at 1.2m x 1.0m to ensure compatibility with forklifts and automated conveyor systems. To combat heavy loads often exceeding one metric ton, the metal thickness is calibrated at a standard 1.0mm. This researched and proven thickness offers the necessary tensile strength for robust support.
Included in the design are ten precisely punctured screw holes around the perimeter. These serve as critical anchor points that allow for the secure assembly of the plastic corner protectors, the central traversal support, and the tubular steel cage that surrounds the tank.
Manufacturing Process
The production of the base plate involves a heavy-duty, multi-step process. To form the large article, the metal pan demands a 1000-ton press equipment. Following the unrolling of the pre-galvanized steel, the material undergoes die-cutting, drawing, stamping, and punching. All processes are automated with robotic arms to achieve consistency. The result is a finished product that is immediately ready for the assembly line.
