By a series of automated manufacturing processes, from die-cutting, drawing, stamping, and punching, the steel sheet is transformed into a heavy-duty traversal support.
The physical specifications of the bridge reveals its role as the pallets pillar support. It is fabricated with a 2.0mm metal thickness, making it the most robust section of the entire composite pallet. The bridge utilizes a deep-drawn design with a final measurement of 1 meter in length and 0.15 meters in width. To increase structural integrity, the metallurgy technique deep-drawing is introduced to fabricate contours that effectively reinforces the steel against bending forces, allowing the IBC tank to meet mandatory UN standards for dangerous goods.
Assembly and Durability
The design also emphasizes ease integration. There are two precise punctures of screw access holes at both ends of the beam. These points is for the secure tightening with side plastic spacers and the steel frame cage. Furthermore, corrosion resistance is vital, since IBCs are often exposed to outdoor weather, stored in humid warehouses, or subjected to harsh chemical environments, thickness of the zinc layer is applied at the premium industry standard of 80 g/m². This zinc layer ensures that the IBC Tote Center Bridge maintains its structural integrity over a long service life, safeguarding valuable cargo across the globe.
