The process flows through sequence of automated metal work: die-cutting to blank the part, deep drawing to form its profile, stamping to add structural features, and punching to create assembly points. Designed to meet the performance criteria, the spacer sizes 192mm wide by 91mm deep and contours to the IBC pallet's four corners. Its advantageous feature is a deep-drawn "curl design" that acts as a protective bumper. In traffic heavy industrial and warehouse environments, where pallets endure frequent contacts with forklifts and pallet jacks, this reinforced curled edge absorbs shocks and redirects impact energy. The vertical dimension of the spacer is at a height of 80mm. Assembly
