Working Principle
The ball live screw valve controls fluid flow using a perforated ball that rotates 90 degrees:
When the bore aligns with the pipeline, the valve is fully open.
When rotated 90°, the bore is blocked, and the valve closes tightly.
The threaded connection provides secure sealing with PTFE tape, gaskets, or sealant. The union (live joint) allows quick assembly and disconnection while maintaining perfect alignment and sealing in the pipeline.

- Ball core for flow control
